Mary Hamell
Mary Hamell is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), and Certified Car Seat Fitter serving clients through CareLinc’s custom wheelchair seating team at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. While the team primarily serves patients from throughout West Michigan, Mary works with clients who travel from across the state to receive specialized seating and mobility support.
Mary brings more than three decades of experience in custom seating and rehabilitation. She began her career in the Rehab Department at Airway Oxygen before joining Mary Free Bed’s Orthoseat custom seating department, where she worked as a COTA and ATP for 31 years prior to the department being acquired by CareLinc.
Mary enjoys being an ATP because she has the opportunity to help people achieve the greatest possible comfort and functionality in their wheelchairs. She finds it rewarding to develop individualized seating solutions that help clients feel supported and more confident in their daily lives.
A fun fact about Mary? She loves to parallel park!

Matt Lausin is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving clients through CareLinc’s Mary Free Bed team. He brings 15 years of experience from Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group, where he worked as a personal trainer supporting patients with a wide variety of neurological disorders.
Matt enjoys being an ATP because he has the opportunity to help people find solutions that make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. Knowing that many clients spend 12–18 hours a day in their manual or power wheelchairs, he enjoys the challenge of finding the right equipment and positioning solutions to help them stay comfortable and supported throughout their day.
Outside of work, Matt is a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Go Bucks!

Jordan McClellan
Jordan McClellan is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving clients through CareLinc’s Rehab team. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University and initially planned to pursue a career in physical therapy. After completing an internship with NovaCare Rehabilitation in the Kalamazoo area, Jordan shifted his career path and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Grand Valley State University, with a focus on entering the medical sales field.
Jordan enjoys being an ATP because it gives him the opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level and see firsthand the positive impact assistive technology can have on their lives. Helping clients find equipment that supports them physically and improves their overall quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.
A fun fact about Jordan: he is the youngest of eight siblings—and his closest sibling in age is still 10 years older than him!

Jeff Bour
Jeff Bour has been working in the rehabilitation field since 1983, bringing decades of experience and expertise to his role as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). His career began with White and White, where he worked with the Michigan Family Independence Agency (MFB) contract and helped meet the needs of inpatients while participating in new product evaluations.
Jeff went on to establish CareLinc’s Rehab department, starting as a one-person operation and helping grow it into the department it is today. He enjoys the opportunity to help people and appreciates that every client presents a unique challenge. For Jeff, finding the right products based on each individual’s diagnosis, needs, and goals is both rewarding and fulfilling.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys riding his bike—and when the weather cooperates, you may even see him riding it to work!
